• 40U and 40O League Nights (Tues and Thurs)

• 4 Player Max (Men, Women, and Co-Ed)

• League Fees:  3v3 Season $150 + $50 Forfeit Deposit   

• Referee and Scorekeeper Fees : $20 per night (Covers 2 Games) paid at the concessions table

• Coaches will report to the concessions table and pay the Referee Fee with Debit/Credit Card or Cash before 1st game. You may also pay the entire season. 

• Games: Season League - 10-12 Games, 2 Games per night - 5 or 6 weeks

• League begins Dec. 1st and 3rd 

• Coaches Meeting:  Monday, January 4th - 7:00pm at MVP Sports and Training

• First Day of Play: Please fill out the blank ROSTER. ALL players  must sign this form to play in this league. (NO Exceptions) .

Forfeit Deposit:  Each Team MUST have a $50 Forfeit Deposit on file with our league office. This is in addition to the entry fee. Fee is refundable if all games are played. We must have your team name, Managers name and past season that you played.
