Coach Christian was names 2015 District Player of the Year. Coach Christian attended college and Played at Carl Albert, Washburn University, and Freed Hartman University. ​ Coach Christian is passionate about providing pitchers with the latest training and with the best possible technology (core velocity belt, pocket radar, Diamond Kinetics) to achieve their goals. When you book Coach Christian he will focus on mechanics, pitch grips, mindset, and pre/post throwing routines.

Schedule your lesson with Coach Kenny for focus on correct bat path, load time, and pitch sequence with creative drills that will help your athlete improve rapidly. Coach Kenny will also work with your player on proper footwork defensively, throwing techniques, and the mental approach needed for success on and off the field. If you need an hour session please book back to back sessions.

Come experience nearly 4000 Sqft of a net enclosed/turfed area! The options are endless for nearly every team sport. There is also plenty of sitting area for families as well.

Schedule your lessons with Bixby Spartan Varsity pitcher Sarah Barbee with pitching focus. Sarah is the starting Varsity pitcher at Bixby High School. She made Honorable Mention All-District her Junior year.

We have a full court rental, basketballs, water coolers, and plenty of space for parents to relax and watch and/or even hang out in our meeting room. ​ MVP is the place to come to get ready for that next competitive tournament or league game. The cost is $70 per 1.5 hours for the full court.

We have two full-length batting cages and a drop net perfect for tee and/or soft toss drills. We also have option for a full length pitching bullpen (when available for $15 more). There is plenty of space for parents to relax, cool off, and/or even hang out in our party room. Join Coach DJ for developing your soccer skills while he boosts your game! Improve your technical abilities while improving your speed and control of the game. Coach Dean is a Union High-school graduate. He received all state honors his senior year. Through hard work and dedication he signed with FC Tulsa right out of high school in 2018. Coach then went to play for in Guatemala first division a year and a half and is currently a free agent. Coach Dean currently helps other athletes reach their goals. He works with each athlete individually and personally to help get to the next level! He believes if you put in the work you can achieve anything. He currently is training as well to find his next team! Coach Dean believes you can do anything you set your mind to. He is available to help you get better!

This Sunday plan includes a 45 minute team Speed and Agility session with Brandon Ishem training and a 45 minute Batting Cage session use (2 Cages and Tee Area). Each Sunday time slot begins with with the Speed and Agility session and then the baseball/softball portion of the training.
