Ladies, please join us in our new program, HIIT training! High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the future of exercise, offering a time-efficient way to improve strength and endurance. HIIT training incorporates varying short intervals of cardio and strength exercises with active recovery, providing an efficient full-body workout. Our goal is to ensure a safe and motivating environment for optimal results while also providing a fresh, fun, time efficient and MORE effective alternative to the traditional training methods some may struggle to engage in. Bring your friends and come experience a full body workout in 45minutes or less! Walk-ins are not allowed unless contacting Coach KD (‭918) 613-3455)‬ ahead of time and paying in cash.
