This valuable two day pitching clinic will offer: Pre & post throwing recovery with the Armor Heat program Basic movements with Core Velocity belts Improving Off-speed Pitches Improving velocity 13 & up will go over pelvic awareness Sunday we will do pre activation with Armored Heat live at bats Private extensive lessons will be offered from all 3 coaches from 6:00 to 9:00 on both days.
